Road Trip Part 1

Hey hey, Im back!

Time for a new season of life and some great photos to remind us of this year starting with February's 5-day road trip.

Paul Windo was so keen to get involved in the road trip that he came to see me in woodford a week before it even began:

So Ross (left) drives over from Harpendon to Woodford and we head off to meet Tim Stone (centre) in Maidenhead.

After lunch we head down to the coast of Lymington to see Laweso 'The Legend'

Road Trip Part 2

"The earth is the Lord's and everything in it"

Can't argue with that really:

Amazing sunset in Lymington

A new day and a new dawn on the beach

Road Trip Part 3

The next phase of the trip saw us travel along the coast to Bognor where we met up with Mark and won a blue dinosaur / dragon / crocodile thing then aptly named 'Bognor', nice.

Road Trips are often spontaneous and random, ever heard of Flamstead before? neither had we.

This poor copper made the mistake of laughing at us with our dinosaur friend when we were visiting Jon Webb in Bedford. So, we got him in a picture - he was a little shocked to say the least!!

Road Trip Part 4

Up to Leeds to see Beth in a concert and then to pose for a priceless photo. This one was voted Photo of the trip.

In loughborough, we met up with Matt, Caz and Naomi in the Open Heaven Church Office

And of course Chris Hardisty - Legend

Road Trip Part 5

Mr. Mike cooked us a great meal before we headed out to the pub to see Liz Burrows and a few others as well.

What a great breakfast - Bacon, Brie, Tiger bread and Champagne, from left to right Matt, Ben Chase, Stu and Ross. Cheers!

Custom made DNA Top Trumps never got boring.

New Year, New Peaks, New Challenges

New Year we decided to do differently this year as Bruv D, Gibbsy and Joey joined me for a hectic walk up a snowy mountain and then a long night (it got dark and was raining by 4.30pm). Still this left plenty of room for us to make up games to pass the time such as "Guess my parent's address" (you had to be there)

Larking around as usual

The trip ended well with everyone making it safely back. Happy New Year!
